Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the website povo.ch and the applications and services provided by povo LLC ("povo", "we", "us"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

Our software is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Apps obtained through an app store are also subject to that store's terms (for example Apple's Standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service); these Terms supplement them.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases made inside a mobile app are billed by the app store through your store account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your store account settings. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the store. Purchases made directly with us are governed by the terms shown at checkout.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to them, or by using them in violation of applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code, text and graphics, are owned by povo LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Content you create with our apps remains yours.

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, povo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
